He is a renowned author, lecturer, historian, consultant for Disney, blogger at Tor.com and MC. He is most noted for his work in steampunk community and most recognizable figures in steampunk as literary genre as his work includes Hellfire Chronicles and Ouroboros Cycle series. His work has appeared in Steampunk Tales, Steampunk Magazine, The Chap, Egophobia, and anthologies such as Footprints, Steampunk Reloaded, and The Immersion Book of Steampunk.




Some say that evil Disney prince Hans from Frozen was modeled after him, and by looking at the photos and based on the fact that Mr. Falksen is a consultant for Disney we can certainly say we believe it.




His work started to grow in popularity in 2008 and his debut novel Blood in the Skies was published in 2011 and made quite a big splash, skyrocketing Mr. Falksen into steampunk superstardom.
He is writing essays for and speaking on many steampunk events including Steampunk Art Exhibition at the Museum of the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Museum_of_the_History_of_Science,_Oxford and the Nova Albion Steampunk Exhibition.

He is so deep into steampunk and so relevant that he is dubbed specialist on the steampunk, authority on the subject and the unofficial face of Steampunk by many magazines and journalists.
He is the lead writer for Hatboy Studios, Inc., creators of the steampunk-themed video game AIR and we are expecting a lot out of it.




He writes in wide range of genres including historical fiction, pulp adventure, vintage weird, steampunk, modern fantasy, science fiction, conspiracy, mystery, suspense and horror.
